# Module 2 — response to preliminary AI-assisted review

27 October 2026. Status: revised candidate for re-review, NOT approved for owner release. The supplied Claude review is preliminary AI assistance, not an independent human signature or certification.

## Teaching-format decision
The existing 19.93-minute recordings are introductions. New, explicitly labelled REQUIRED READING supplies the qualification-stage map, vocabulary, worked examples and clarifications. The lesson pages and assessment now explain that both parts are needed. Audio was not re-recorded: notably Lesson 2.2 still says “may be defined”; its visible required clarification explains that programme documentation should exist, while VMP/equivalent is the choice. Acceptance of this combined format remains open. Do not describe all revised content as narrated.

## Finding disposition
- M1: Added URS/functional specification → DQ → applicable FAT/SAT → IQ/OQ/PQ, with applicability/combination caveats, to 2.2, 2.4 and 2.5. Connected stages to a worked traceability record. Implemented in required reading; re-review pending.
- M2: Added filled URS-02, traceability, FMEA with defined scales and a two-outcome handover decision to 2.4, 2.5, 2.7 and 2.10. The capstone separates routine-use refusal from potentially justified dry-simulation progression, with unsigned authorization and changed-fact challenge. Added VMP outline. Real evidence and authorizations are not invented: all are fictional teaching examples.
- M3: Replaced Q1–10 with ten new application questions, varied answer positions and plausible alternatives; improved weak later distractors. Clearly disclosed open-book answers/source key and lack of competency proof. Assessment validity requires educational review, not merely correct scoring.
- m1: Required VMP documentation wording, contents and requalification added. Original audio wording remains disclosed above.
- m2: Added hazard, harm, risk, probability, severity, detectability and a cause-to-harm example in 2.6.
- m3: Defined signed error and absolute-magnitude comparison; implementation now uses absolute values with a 1e-12 °C arithmetic guard. This guard only suppresses binary-representation noise; it is not measurement uncertainty or a test tolerance. Numerical boundary cases are in the regression suite.
- m4: Added a measurable URS-02 with a fictional approved-basis assumption, test conditions, limits, ownership and unresolved real-world method requirements.
- m5: Normalized displayed captions/transcripts to V-201, URS-01, FMEA, Annex 15, ICH Q9(R1), decimal values and °C. Preserved original measured spoken chunks in timing metadata. Audio itself is unchanged.
- m6: Merged short trailing cues where they fit two lines and an eight-second window without crossing scenes. Timing remains anchored to original audio chunks. Caption comfort still requires listening/reading review.
- m7: Header/navigation and footer moved outside main. Skip target now begins at learning content. Keyboard and landmark regression checks added.
- m8: Replaced generic figure boilerplate with relationship descriptions plus scene-specific labels. Explicit descriptions cover separate utility/sensor/hose interfaces, conditional cause chain, common sensor dependency, score bars and completion versus gaps. AI inspected source diagrams; this is not human accessible-equivalence acceptance.
- m9: Changed pacing to an unmeasured 4–5-hour beginner estimate, 210 activity minutes plus narration and reading/assessment. No accredited contact-time claim.
- m10: Added site suitability/internal-procedure review before third-party protocol approval and configuration/transport applicability checks.
- m11: Rechecked official EU index, operative Annex 15 PDF, EMA/PIC/S 2026 concept-paper status, WHO contents and ICH Q9(R1) primary PDF. See source map below.
- m12: Font notice exists at assets/academy/dejavu-font-notice.txt; sources page now links it directly. Application code adds no analytics; host/Cloudflare account logging, analytics, retention and deletion settings remain unverified and are explicitly distinguished.
- e1/e2: Replaced repeated figure boilerplate; Q18 choices now Zero / One / Two, with corrected index.
- Optional jurisdiction expansion: Schedule M/21 CFR 211 coverage not added. This remains a scoped EU/ICH course with supplementary WHO context, not comprehensive Indian/US compliance training.

## Official reference recheck
- EU index: https://health.ec.europa.eu/medicinal-products/eudralex/eudralex-volume-4_en — still lists operative Annex 15 dated 2015.
- Annex 15: https://health.ec.europa.eu/document/download/7c6c5b3c-4902-46ea-b7ab-7608682fb68d_en — §§1.4–1.5 VMP, 2.6 supplier protocols, 2.10 next-stage progression, 3.1–3.14 qualification stages, 4 requalification, 11 change control.
- EMA revision status: https://www.ema.europa.eu/en/human-regulatory-overview/research-development/compliance-research-development/good-manufacturing-practice/good-manufacturing-practice-gmp-good-distribution-practice-gdp-inspectors-working-group — 2026 concept paper, consultation closed 9 April; July timetable corrigendum. Not an adopted replacement.
- PIC/S corroboration: https://picscheme.org/en/news/concept-paper-on-the-revision-of-eu-pics-gmp-annex-15-qualif-143 — 16 July 2026 timetable corrigendum.
- ICH Q9(R1): https://database.ich.org/sites/default/files/ICH_Q9(R1)_Guideline_Step4_2022_1219.pdf — §7 vocabulary, §5.1 formality, Annex I.2 FMEA and I.3 FMECA. Original source reference to I.1 alone was insufficient and corrected. Definitions are teaching paraphrases; ICH copyright acknowledged, no endorsement implied.
- WHO: https://www.who.int/docs/default-source/medicines/norms-and-standards/guidelines/production/trs1019-annex3-gmp-validation.pdf — main-text §7 VMP, §8 protocols, §9 reports, §10 qualification, §15 calibration/verification. Distinguish main text from Appendix 6.

## Evidence and release boundary
Current static/media and browser evidence is linked from the review package. Historical 181-check and hosted-smoke reports describe the earlier candidate and do not establish the revised candidate's result. The revised browser result is recorded separately after execution.

All ten MP4 files remain byte-identical to the preceding candidate; captions and reading pages changed. Media tests validate the new caption source normalization, cue bounds, line length and speed, plus codecs and file hashes. These tests cannot certify pronunciation or reading comfort.

Human listening, physical-device comfort, actual screen-reader operation, audiovisual-alternative acceptance, hosting/privacy/rights acceptance and independent technical approval remain outstanding. No release signature is supplied. Production remains unchanged.

## Module 1 record and PR scope
The Module 1 production record says the OWNER reported consultant approval and authorized publication; it does not cite Claude as an approver. This is a report of the owner's message, not verification of a consultant signature. Claude's AI review is not a sign-off. PR #2 includes that historical one-file release record because it preceded the Module 2 commit on this branch. It is not Module 2 acceptance. Preserving the audit history takes priority over silently deleting it; a maintainer can separate that archival record at eventual merge review. No production changes are made here.
